RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
The provision of goods and services by Island Style is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Island Style will refund the client in full within 30 days. You can return new, unused items within 7 days after they have been delivered to you, thereafter only exchanges can be made. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We will give you a refund directly into your account (within 30 days of receiving the returned item) or exchange the item for a different size or style. Items received back after a 14 day period has passed cannot be refunded but a credit note will be issued (or we will exchange your items). Refunds are subject to exclusion of specials, coupons and discounts. Exchanges will be accepted on specials. We are unable to refund original postage or returns postage. If you qualified for free postage, the counter to counter postage or courier fee will not be refunded. Please obtain a "Proof Of Posting" by returning your parcel with either a registration or tracking number as we can not be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged on return to us.
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 24 hours and delivery confirmed by way of e-mail. The manufacturer (Island Style) will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. The manufacturer will not be held liable for the condition of goods arriving at the user’s chosen delivery address. The delivery costs relate to the weight of your order and the address to which you’d like your order delivered. Free delivery applies only within the bounds of South Africa and over the amount of R600.
Stocks of all goods on offer are limited. Island Style shall take all reasonable efforts to discontinue the offer as soon as stock is no longer available. However, should items still be offered after stocks are sold, Island Style shall only be liable to refund monies where it is unable to fulfil orders. We are unable to guarantee permanent availability of all items at all times. Should a certain style/colour be out of stock, we will advise you and offer advise on alternative styles and colours. Should you want a specific colour, we will advise expected delivery dates. We offer a full refund on items returned within 10 working days of delivery, provided the items are unused and still have their swing-tags attached.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, please note that colours may vary.

Card transactions will be acquired for Shopping Direct via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website.
